    Minimal Parks is based in Southern California. Home to 9 beautiful national parks!
  • What are your business hours?
    Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM Central Time. If you are waiting on a response on our team, please allow up to 24-48 business hours and we will assist you asap!
  • How can I apply to be an ambassador?
    You can apply to become an ambassador by emailing us at: Please include "Ambassador" in your subject, with your social media names and we will see what we can do! You can also feel free to DM us on Instagram of Facebook.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    If you would like to cancel your order, email us at: Please be advised, orders typically ship around 2-5 days after being placed. It is strongly recommended that you contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing your order. To ensure the best service, please send the message with the subject “Change or cancel order” and include your order number (#PP2222, for example) in the body of your message along with any additional required information to make the adjustment (I.E. The updated shipping address or the items and sizes you would like to change). Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. However, we are working to make this possible! Stay tuned!

  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    You can fill out our Return or Exchange form here, please read our policy regarding Returns and Exchanges before filing a return. Prints cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you double check the size before you place your order.
  • How long should I expect it to take to get a refund?
    We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible! Once we receive the return package and inspect the item(s), we will issue your refund. Under normal conditions, this process typically takes 10-18 days from the time you send it back.
  • What can I do if my order is damaged?
    If, for any reason, the item you received is not in new condition, or if you received the wrong item(s), please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking info for your delivery.
  • My order says it's been delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
    Unfortunately, sometimes this happens. Occasionally a carrier will mark your package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off. Please be sure to check your front/side/back doors, garage area, mailbox, bushes or any other place where your package may be hiding. Also, please ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you or if the carrier accidentally delivered it to them. Typically, packages turn up within 3 days. If it’s still missing after 3 days, please contact us.
